Vanessa Elston, transformation coach, in a professional portrait

About Vanessa

I Know What It Feels Like to Lose Yourself

For years, I lived in survival mode. I navigated toxic relationships, emotional exhaustion, and a profound loss of identity that left me wondering if I would ever feel like myself again. On the outside, I appeared strong and capable. On the inside, I was barely holding it together.

My turning point did not arrive overnight. It came through a slow, sometimes painful process of self-discovery, professional training, and a deep commitment to understanding how trauma shapes us — and how we can reshape ourselves.

That journey — from surviving to truly thriving — is what led me to dedicate my life to helping other women do the same.

My Journey

I spent years in relationships where I lost sight of who I was. I became so focused on managing other people\'s emotions, keeping the peace, and holding everything together that I forgot what it felt like to simply be me.

After finally walking away from a toxic dynamic, I expected to feel free. Instead, I felt hollow. The woman I had been before was gone, and I had no idea who I was becoming. That disorientation — that quiet, aching sense of not recognising yourself — is something I hear from nearly every woman who comes to me.

My healing journey led me down many paths. Some helpful, some not. What I eventually discovered was that lasting transformation does not come from quick fixes or surface-level strategies. It comes from doing the deep, honest work of understanding your patterns, healing your wounds, and rebuilding from the inside out.

With over two decades of experience in transformational healing, studies at the London School of Economics, and a relentless commitment to my own growth, I have developed an approach that is both deeply compassionate and rigorously practical.

Today, I have the privilege of helping women across the world do what once felt impossible: feel like themselves again. Not the old version — a stronger, wiser, more authentic version.
